Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Ludhiana. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, processing invoices, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and developing financial reports. Additional responsibilities include tax preparation, compliance management, account reconciliation, budgeting, and ensuring adherence to financial policies and regulations. The Accountant will also collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial operations and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting skills, including account reconciliation, financial reporting, and general ledger management
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks or other accounting systems
• Knowledge of tax preparation and compliance, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (such as CPA or CA) is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar accounting role is beneficial
