Accountant

About the Role

Dusker AI is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team full-time in a remote role. You will manage day-to-day accounting, maintain accurate financial records, and support financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and record daily financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and track outstanding payments.
• Process payroll, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
• Prepare GST and TDS workings and coordinate filings with the company's CA.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and maintain supporting documentation.
• Support audits and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Understanding of bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial information.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous accounting experience is preferred.
