Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with around 3 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and expense records.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare and maintain supporting documents for audits.
• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, and auditors as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate degree in B.Com / M.Com / Finance / Accounting or equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with Tally / Tally Prime or other accounting software.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
