Job Overview-:

We are seeking a responsible and motivated Accountant cum Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will handle both accounting responsibilities and sales-related activities. This role requires strong numerical skills, client-handling abilities, and basic knowledge of accounting software and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities-:

Accounting Responsibilities-:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
• Manage invoice preparation, billing, and payment follow-ups.
• Handle entries in Tally and maintain financial data accurately.
• Reconcile accounts, track receivables, and monitor pending payments.
• Prepare basic financial reports and expense statements.
• Coordinate with management regarding financial updates.

Sales Responsibilities-:

• Handle client inquiries and maintain professional communication.
• Prepare and share quotations with customers.
• Coordinate order processing and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain customer database and sales records.
• Support in achieving monthly sales targets.

Coordination & Reporting-:

• Coordinate between Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales & accounts reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.

Required Skills-:

• Good knowledge of Tally and basic accounting principles
• Working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
• Basic understanding of sales processes
• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
• Good negotiation and client-handling skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile-:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting and Sales
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
