Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveAccountant cum Admin Executiveto manage day-to-day financial tasks along with general office administration. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles, proficient in Tally, and capable of handling routine admin duties independently.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Manage petty cash and daily expense reporting.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
- Handle TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance filings.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and utility bills.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies.
- Handle basic correspondence.
- Organize and maintain office files and records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic admin tools.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Minimum1 year of experience handling accounting specifically for the hotel industry(mandatory).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
