We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial records, compliance requirements, taxation, and daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Record daily transactions, journal entries, and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements, profit & loss reports, and balance sheets.
Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file tax returns within deadlines.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations.
Banking & Treasury Management
- Monitor company bank accounts and payment settlements.
- Reconcile bank statements and payment gateway transactions.
- Manage vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Track cash flow and prepare cash management reports.
Crypto Exchange Accounting
- Reconcile cryptocurrency deposits, withdrawals, and trading activities.
- Monitor customer wallet balances and treasury accounts.
- Coordinate with operations and compliance teams regarding financial transactions.
- Maintain records of digital asset transactions for audit and reporting purposes.
Reporting & Audit
- Prepare MIS reports for management.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Develop accounting processes and internal controls.
- Assist management in budgeting and financial planning.
Requirements
Education- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience
- 3–7 years of accounting experience.
- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, Odoo, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
- Experience in fintech, banking, payment services, cryptocurrency, or financial services is highly preferred.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cryptocurrency or fintech accounting.
- Knowledge of FIU compliance and financial regulations.
- Experience handling multi-currency transactions.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo/Zoho etc.
