We are expanding our team and are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant who can manage financial records, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and support the company's financial operations.

What You'll Work On

Accounting & Financial Management

• Maintain and update daily financial records, including sales, expenses, and payments.- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.- Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and maintain proper financial documentation.

E-commerce Accounting & Reconciliation

• Manage accounting for e-commerce sales and transactions across marketplaces and the company's own website.
• Reconcile payment gateways, marketplace settlements, COD collections, online payments, refunds, returns, cancellations, and chargebacks.
• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales and settlement reports.
• Reconcile e-commerce orders with invoices, payment settlements, and accounting records.
• Identify discrepancies in payments, settlements, refunds, or transaction records and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with operations, e-commerce, and customer support teams wherever required for financial reconciliation.

Financial Reporting

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.- Support the preparation of profit & loss statements and balance sheets.- Maintain accurate records for audits and financial reviews.

Tax & Compliance Support

• Assist with GST and TDS filings and ensure compliance with financial regulations.- Maintain tax records and coordinate with external auditors or consultants when required.- Ensure financial data is organized and compliant with statutory requirements.

Expense Monitoring

• Track company expenses and maintain expense reports.- Verify bills, invoices, and financial documents for accuracy.- Assist in budgeting and cost monitoring to support financial planning.

What We Expect

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar tools.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role. Organised, detail-oriented, and responsible.- Comfortable working with numbers, financial reports, and documentation.- Someone who can manage financial records efficiently in a growing business environment.
