Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Ambala. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, and managing accounts payable and receivable. The Accountant will also be involved in tax planning and compliance, financial analysis, and providing recommendations for business improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles and knowledge of financial regulations
• Experience in bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and tax compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, busy) and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., CA, ACCA) are a plus
• Basic knowledge of GST
