Accountant

ROLE SUMMARY

This role contributes to end-to-end financial management and supports organizational stability from transaction recording and compliance through financial planning, payroll, audit coordination, and reporting. The Accountant and Finance Executive works within the senior team structure and is responsible for managing the complete financial operations of the company across clients, projects, partners, vendors, and suppliers. This role is suited for candidates with 2+ years of experience.

WHAT YOU'II DO

Manage complete accounting operations in Zoho Books, including vouchers, ledgers, reconciliations, and financial reporting

Oversee financial management across clients, projects, partners, vendors, and suppliers

Handle accounts payable and receivable, payment tracking, and cash flow monitoring

Manage GST and TDS calculations, ensure timely GST & TDS filing, and maintain statutory compliance

Process payroll, maintain salary records, statutory deductions, and support internal and external audits

WHAT YOU SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH

Taking full ownership of the company's financial management and compliance structure

Independently handling end-to-end bookkeeping, payroll, and statutory filings

Coordinating with the senior team, auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders

Maintaining structured reporting, audit readiness, financial discipline, and confidentiality
