Job Description:

As an Accountant & Business Administrator, you will be responsible for company's financial operations and administrative functions. This dual-role position requires a strong foundation in accounting, along with the ability to manage office operations and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Accounting and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform all accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare internal reports to support faster and better decision-making processes.
  • Compile and organize critical business documents, ensuring they are accessible to relevant personnel while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  1. Tax Compliance and Coordination:
  • Deposit advance tax and TDS periodically.
  • Collaborate with the company's CA and external parties to collect and organize all necessary documents for tax filing.
  • Prepare quarterly financial statements.
  1. Administrative Duties:
  • Manage office supplies, including stationery, and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Identify and liaise with vendors and professionals, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Address basic office needs and assist in solving operational issues as they arise.
  1. Management Information and Analysis:
  • Perform detailed financial analyses.
  • Generate management information reports to facilitate strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Certified Tally Accountant or equivalent Tally certification.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, word And PowerPoint)
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Fixed Compensation Range: 2,40,000 4,00,000 per annum, depending on the experience and demonstrated capability.
