Role Overview

Seeking an entry-level Account Executive (010 year experience) to assist with day-to-day accounting tasksincluding ledger entries, invoicing, reconciliations, and compliance. Ideal for recent graduates pursuing CA, CMA, CWA, or CFO qualifications.(Candidates must have their own laptop).

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining financial records, journals, and ledger entries.

Handle accounts payable/receivable tasks: invoicing, payments, and vendor coordination.

Perform bank and account reconciliations; assist with month-end closing.

Support in preparing financial documents, reports, and assisting senior staff as and when needed.

Ensure adherence to internal controls, accuracy, and basic regulatory compliance.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

Qualification: CA/CMA/CWA foundation or part-qualified, with 01 year of relevant experience.

Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and basic taxation (GST/TDS) is a plus.

Proficient with accounting software (Tally, Busy, or similar) and MS Excel.

Highly detail-oriented, organised, and capable of working under supervision.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
