Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in accounting, with a strong grasp of financial reporting and compliance requirements. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity of our financial data and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Perform reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with tax laws and regulations in India.
