- Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing and verifying invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Support in reconciling bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist in generating basic financial reports and summaries.
- Support in responding to financial inquiries and providing basic accounting support.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and within a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory) :
- Previous experience or internship in accounting or finance-related roles.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and principles.
- Knowledge of additional accounting software or ERP systems.
