Account Specialist

Roles & Responsibility:

• Responsible for weekly planning in SFE and accountability of its execution in the field for activations.
• Plan PACE Trainings on quarterly basis & same should be executed 
• Plan Share source training program in new accounts & quarterly training in existing accounts
• Plan account level Patient education program in top 5 accounts
• Plan Initial Training program & patient follow up program as per protocol on monthly basis
• PACE – PD Accelerated Clinical Excellence in TOP accounts
• Execute SOCPD in top identified account and engage with 2/year activities
• Establish & manage PDCC in identified accounts and manage throughout the year.
• Execute SS training on quarterly basis for existing & new accounts.
• Meeting PV reporting timelines ( JCF, PV-AE-SAE, therapy Reports) to ensure formal response and closure to complaints
• Manage CS/ team training on regular intervals to enhance the knowledge skills
