Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Specialist based in Jaipur. The Account Specialist will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams, analyzing financial data, and supporting overall business operations. The role involves handling client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering professional relationships to drive client retention.

• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and identifying trends
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and addressing inquiries effectively
• Proficiency in Account Management and working knowledge of financial practices
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• Proficiency in relevant software or customer relationship management tools
• Previous experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
