As an Account Specialist IV within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in upholding the company's strength and resilience. Your contributions will be instrumental in fostering the firm's growth responsibly, as you anticipate new and emerging risks and apply your expert judgement to tackle real-world challenges impacting our company, customers, and communities. Job Responsibilities

  • Adhere to controls and compliance requirements. Report and analyze, handle queries, and manage projects.
  • Ensure timely on & off boarding of client and set up of commercial data to bill OTC & FXPB clients.
  • Ensure to complete monthly invoice activity to clients within specific business timelines, account the receipts & Report Month end MIS to finance without any GAP's
  • Ensure to closely partner with Stake holders like CAM, Client, CSR's, Tech and other internal group for better collaboration and client experience.
  • Work/Align the workaround on issues to Fix the root cause & diligently use the escalation metrics on unresolved issues.
  • Get familiar quickly with the entire Billing ecosystem in OTC & FXPB space.
  • Execute BAU tasks assigned. Lead process improvement and automation.
  • Manage assigned tasks independently with little or no supervision.
  • Have a control mindset and be alert to issues and risks that impact the process or the organization.

Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

  • Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in back office operations
  • Strong analytical & numerical skills for to understand, Fees & commissions in OTC & FXPB space
  • Good computer skills ( MS Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook etc)
  • Strong knowledge & understanding of the financial services industry, OTC & FXPB products & how the business work.
  • Good communication skills, ability to articulate processes, issues to a wide range of stakeholders without ambiguity
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong Risk & Control Mindset to ensure process, BAU risks are mitigated
