As a Trading Services Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in the execution and processing of trade orders, ensuring the smooth operation of our trading and portfolio management businesses. Your responsibilities span from supporting order execution to settlement, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all trade activities. Job responsibilities
- Execute start-of-day process checks and coordinate reporting and escalations.
- Validate and approve trades in accordance with policies and controls.
- Monitor and resolve exceptions promptly.
- Manage reconciliation breaks by investigating, coordinating fixes, and clearing items.
- Conduct independent process reviews and implement updates and control enhancements.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of bank loan and private placements trade processing, settlements, and administrative functions, including reconciliation of cash and positions.
- Apply knowledge of private credit or direct lending to support accurate processing and risk management.
- Prepare and deliver stakeholder reports across functions and regions.
- Manage shared mailbox communications, triage inquiries, and ensure timely responses.
- Produce and analyze daily KPI and metrics reports to track performance and drive improvements.
- Work flexible US business hours to support stakeholders and critical processing windows.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across crossfunctional and global teams, partnering effectively with peers, managers, and LOB/functional stakeholders.
- Work independently with a proactive mindset, seeking guidance when appropriate demonstrate initiative and a positive, growthoriented outlook.
- Manage escalations endtoend by liaising with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely, effective resolution.

- Demonstrate working knowledge of investment and securities products, financial markets, and market data providers.
