To support our Nordmann entity in Navi, Mumbai we are currently looking for a Accounts & Sales Support/Finance Intern for an 11-month fixed-term assignment, covering maternity leave.
This role mirrors an existing operational position and provides hands-on exposure to accounting support, sales operations, logistics coordination and office administration in a multinational environment. The position is suitable for fresh graduates as well as early-career professionals.
Your tasks:
- Accounts support - including basic accounting entries and reconciliations
- Sales and customer support like customer queries, complaints and goods insurance follow-ups
- Order execution, invoicing support and payment follow-ups
- Preparation of stock, sales and other periodic MIS reports
- GST returns, TDS returns and statutory compliance support
- Import and domestic logistics coordination
- Re-ordering planning and supply chain coordination
- GRN, warehouse coordination and customs clearance follow-ups
- Office administration, sampling support and general operational support
Your profile:
- Academic background in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com or Inter-CA)
- 1–2 years of experience in accounts support, sales support, logistics, or a CA firm background is preferred
- Basic working knowledge of accounting, GST and statutory documentation
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and general office tools like ERP systems
- Excellent communication, coordination and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and support multiple operational functions
- Fluency in both written and spoken Hindi and English
