Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Sales Executive (US/ Night shift). The Account Sales Executive will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, building client relationships, and driving sales strategies to meet company goals. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer accounts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance sales efforts.
Qualifications
- Sales and Account Management skills: Proven experience in handling sales inquiries and building client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze sales data and create reports to inform sales strategies.
- Digital Marketing knowledge: Understanding of SEO optimization, social media management, and other digital marketing tools.
- Customer Service skills: Experience in maintaining customer accounts and addressing client needs effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work night shifts catering to US time zones.
- Relevant educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- An independent and proactive work ethic with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus.
