Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you will be driving the company's growth by building and maintaining relationships with clients. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting our product's value, and negotiating terms to close deals. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

What you will do

  • Drive sales in a defined set of accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Own the complete sales cycle for smaller accounts and high-potential leads, from first conversation to closure
  • Craft and Execute Lead generation strategies leveraging emails, LinkedIn and partner network
  • Drive GTM for new product categories in Indian Markets
  • Manage numerous accounts concurrently
  • Analyse sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy
  • Maintain best-in-class service and customer satisfaction

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong full-cycle Account Executive Profiles (B2B SaaS )
  • Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ years of experience with atleast 1+ year in B2B SaaS sales
  • Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must be a full-cycle closer, comfortable owning the deal end-to-end independently: hunting, prospecting, nurturing, pricing/negotiation, and closure.
  • Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have exposure to Indian-market sales
  • Mandatory (Tech skill 1) – Hands-on experience running email and LinkedIn outbound / lead-generation, leveraging partner networks.
  • Mandatory (Tech skill 2) – Must have demonstrated a good deal-closure history with respect to both volume and value of deals closed
  • Mandatory (Company) – B2B SaaS Product companies
  • Preferred (Background) – Experience acquiring and dealing with D2C clients
  • Preferred (Profile fit) – Self-driven, execution-focused, comfortable in a fast-paced startup; a strong storyteller who can carry the company's vision.
