We are seeking a Account/ Program Manager (on contract for Amazon), a dynamic and results-oriented to join Amazon's Seller Engagement team. As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our sellers on the platform. You will be responsible for managing communication with multiple sellers, addressing their concerns, and working on listings and seller escalations to enhance the overall seller experience.
Salary Range: 6 - 8 LPA
Responsibilities
Seller Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with a portfolio of sellers. Address seller queries, concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally.
Listing Management: Collaborate with sellers to optimize product listings and enhance discoverability. Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and aligned with Amazon's guidelines.
Seller Training and Onboarding: Conduct training sessions for sellers to educate them on best practices, policies, and tools available on the platform. Facilitate the onboarding process for new sellers, guiding them through the registration and product listing procedures.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze seller performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve their overall success on the platform. Implement strategies to boost seller ratings, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.
Escalation Resolution: Handle and resolve escalated issues from sellers promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex problems and provide sustainable solutions.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of tools and resources to enhance seller support. Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and create a more efficient seller engagement ecosystem
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in program or account management, preferably in e-commerce or related industries.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues to diverse audiences.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
