Think you have what it takes

Detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional with 3 years of experience in managing end-to-end AP processes for US-based clients. Expertise in BILL.com, invoice processing, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with US accounting standards. Proven ability to meet deadlines, maintain accurate records, and support month-end close activities.

How You'll Contribute:

  • Manage the complete Accounts Payable cycle including invoice receipt, verification, coding, approval, and payment processing using Bill.com
  • Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Perform 3-way matching (PO, invoice, receipt) where applicable
  • Set up and maintain vendor records in compliance with W-9 and 1099 requirements
  • Schedule and process vendor payments via ACH, checks, and wire transfers
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Handle vendor inquiries and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to AP
  • Prepare AP aging reports and support cash flow management
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, internal controls, and company policies
  • Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth approval workflows in Bill.com
  • Willing to learn end to end accounting process
  • Proficiency in basic of MS Excel
  • Experience in QBO, Bill.com, NetSuite, Tipalti and Business Central

Requirements

What Skills You'll Bring:


  • Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes in US accounting
  • Hands-on experience with Bill.com
  • Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
  • Understanding of US GAAP, W-9, and 1099 reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and vendor management abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with US-based clients or companies
