Roles & Responsibilities:
Operations & Shipping Management
- Manage complete shipping operations including pick-up, booking, documentation, customs coordination, and final delivery.
- Receive shipment instructions from customers and provide operational guidance to overseas offices and global partners.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all shipping and export/import documentation (AWB, BL, invoices, packing lists, etc.).
- Track shipment status proactively and resolve delays or operational issues.
KPI Control & Performance Reporting
- Monitor, analyze, and control key operational KPIs related to service levels, transit time, cost, and delivery performance.
- Prepare KPI dashboards, MIS reports, and operational performance summaries.
- Present performance data, root cause analysis, and improvement plans during customer review meetings.
Customer Management & Satisfaction
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned key customers.
- Lead operational and review meetings with customers, including agenda preparation, reporting, and action tracking.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Cost Analysis & Data-Driven Operations
- Conduct shipment-level and operational cost analysis to identify optimization and margin improvement opportunities.
- Support data-driven decision-making through operational insights and reporting.
- Ensure operational efficiency while maintaining service quality standards.
Internal & Global Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Documentation, Operations) for seamless execution.
- Collaborate closely with overseas branches and global stakeholders to align operational delivery with customer requirements.
