Job Title: Accounts Officer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our staffing agency. The role includes handling billing, vendor payments, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and coordination with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, billing, receipts, payments).
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients for deployed manpower.
- Verify vendor bills, employee expenses, and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate accounting entries in Tally/ERP system.
- Perform monthly bank, vendor, and client reconciliations.
- Handle statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, and coordinate with auditors.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS statements, and supporting documents.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cost tracking.
- Coordinate with HR and payroll teams for salary disbursement and related accounting.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- 25 years of accounting experience; staffing industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.
- Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
