About the Role
we are looking for a Client Servicing Manager who can own client relationships, understand project requirements, and ensure smooth execution of corporate events. The role needs someone who can blend communication, planning, and on-ground understanding of how events come together.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination.
* Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable briefs for the design and production teams.
* Manage end-to-end project timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
* Work closely with internal teams to develop event concepts, presentations, and execution plans.
* Coordinate with vendors for production, fabrication, technical setups, logistics, and other event needs.
* Track budgets, prepare cost estimates, and ensure all work stays within financial guidelines.
* Supervise on-ground event execution when required to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
* Handle feedback, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Support in new business pitches, proposal creation, and presentations.
Required Experience & Skills
* 46 years of experience in client servicing within the corporate events industry.
* Strong understanding of event operations, production, and vendor coordination.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and fast-paced project timelines.
* Comfortable leading calls, presentations, and on-ground coordination.
* Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
