Account Manager

*Job Title: Manager - Finance & Accounts* for 150 cr+ Interior Fitout company.

*Location:* for South Delhi Office

*Experience:* 4-6 years

*Qualification:* B.Com & M.Com / CA Inter / CA or Equivalent

*About the Role:*

We're looking for a hands-on Account Manager who can own the company's financial health end-to-end. This isn't just data entry, we need someone who understands compliance, taxes, and business numbers like a CA. must be a good team player.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *GST & TDS Compliance*: Handle monthly/quarterly GST filings, TDS deduction, payment, and return filing. Reconciliation of GSTR-2B vs purchase register.

- *Financial Reporting*: Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. Give management clear insights on profitability.

- *Books & Accounting*: Maintain day book, ledgers, and ensure all entries in Tally/quickbooks are accurate and up to date.

- *Vendor & Customer Accounts*: Manage payables/receivables, follow up on dues, reconcile accounts, and handle payment cycles.

- *Audit & Compliance*: Coordinate with external CA for annual audits, IT returns, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements.

- *MIS & Analysis*: Prepare budgets, cost analysis, and monthly financial dashboards for decision-making.

- *Banking & Treasury*: Handle bank reconciliations, loan documentation, and fund flow tracking.

*Must-Have Skills:*

- Strong knowledge of GST laws, TDS sections, and practical filing experience

- Proficient in Tally Prime/ Books + Excel/Google Sheets

- Can independently close monthly books and prepare P&L + BS

- Understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax compliance

- Good communication to coordinate with vendors, banks, and CAs

Prior experience in interior fit-outs, architecture, real estate, or related project-based industries is preferred.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative working style, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site project environment in New Delhi.

*Good to Have:*

- CA Inter / CA or experience working in a CA firm

- Experience in interior Fitout company would be added advantage

- Knowledge of income tax, PF, ESI, PT
