Role Description

Rainboo Softmate is seeking an Account Director for VAS in a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. The Account Director will oversee account management, lead sales initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the seamless delivery of strategic projects. The role involves fostering long-term client relationships, developing strategies to achieve business growth, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Proven expertise in Sales, business development, and achieving key performance targets
• Proficiency in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide teams towards achieving organizational goals
• Strong Project Management skills to oversee and deliver complex projects on time
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Previous experience in the VAS or telecom industry is highly desirable
