We're Hiring: Account Manager – US Staffing

We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager – US Staffing to manage and grow US client relationships, drive staffing revenue, and ensure successful recruitment delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in US staffing, client account management, recruitment operations, and business development, with the ability to build long-term client partnerships and lead delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and strengthen relationships with US clients, hiring managers, procurement teams, and MSP/VMS stakeholders.
• Drive account growth, revenue generation, profitability, and client retention.
• Identify new job orders, expand existing accounts, and develop account growth strategies.
• Partner with recruitment teams to ensure timely submissions, quality hiring, and successful placements.
• Negotiate bill rates, pay rates, margins, and staffing agreements within approved guidelines.
• Monitor account KPIs, fulfillment rates, recruitment performance, and revenue forecasts.
• Manage client escalations, conduct business reviews, and implement delivery improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, recruiting, payroll, compliance, and other internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience in US staffing, recruitment, or staffing operations.
• 2–3+ years of experience in account management or client relationship management preferred.
• Strong understanding of US IT staffing; non-IT staffing experience is an advantage.
• Experience managing client accounts, recruitment delivery, and vendor management processes.
• Knowledge of W-2, 1099, C2C, contract staffing, and direct placement models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, VMS platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to work US business hours from Bangalore.

Preferred Experience:

• Managing multiple US staffing accounts or high-volume hiring programs.
• Experience working with MSPs, VMS platforms, and US procurement teams.
• A proven track record of growing account revenue, improving margins, and retaining clients.
