Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years in Sales of which at least 4 years in Sales of IT Staffing /State Government/Federal.
  • Ability to coordinate at all levels of the client's hierarchy (i.e. horizontal /Vertical/ technology hiring teams) for Business Development.
  • He/She will be responsible for sales and acquisition/ retention of existing clients in Staffing Services.
  • Understanding and assessing client requirements, sharing proposals and presentations with clients and customizing solutions.
  • Responsible for handling and building client relationships & facilitating contract/direct hire staffing business from the client.
  • Responsible for generating, maintaining, and managing strong relationships with the client and fulfilling client staffing needs within minimal time.
  • Ensure continuous client satisfaction related to quality control checks and compliance requirements.
  • Should be well-versed in IT concepts and technologies.
  • Must have the ability to do farming with existing clients.
