Job Description

Voosh helps multi-location restaurant brands grow profitably on third party delivery platforms such as DoorDash, Uber Eats. We bring a strong operating cadence across performance measurement, marketing spend optimization, and marketplace execution.

If you've owned high-impact restaurant accounts at Zomato / Swiggy (Key Accounts / Growth / Ads / Merchant success), this role will feel familiar.

What you will own

  • Own a portfolio of restaurant locations (50+ locations) and drive measurable improvements in marketplace performance from day 1
  • Turn data into weekly actions: spend guardrails, performance gaps, and growth priorities.
  • Plan and optimize marketing efforts on 3PD platforms (promotions + paid placements).
  • Run structured partner communication via monthly reviews, priorities, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with our data science team to measure campaign performance (A/B testing) and customize budget optimization models
  • Build repeatable playbooks and templates that help the team scale across brands.

What success looks like (first 90 days)

  • Take end-to-end delivery ownership for a set of brands (3-4 brands, 50 locations) with a consistent weekly rhythm.
  • Improve core metrics per brand (CPO, CAC, ROI, etc).
  • Create operating playbook that reduces dependence on the founder.

Who this role fits best

  • 2-4 years at Zomato/Swiggy in Key Accounts / Growth / Ads / Merchant success.
  • Strong at partner management and numbers-driven decision making.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to lead conversation with senior executives (CEOs, GMs, Marketing managers) of leading US restaurant brands
  • Comfortable with targets, fast pace, and high ownership.
  • High proficiency in Excel/Sheets with ability
