Job Summary

As an Account Manager at Till It Clicks, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients. This role is designed for a strategic, relationship-driven professional who can bridge the gap between client vision and agency execution. While we integrate AI to streamline backend operations and reporting, you represent the essential human element of our service—providing empathy, judgment, and high-level strategy that technology cannot replicate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they feel known and valued through regular interaction and a client-first mindset.
  • Account Growth & Retention: Own the health and retention of your assigned accounts by identifying distress signals early and uncovering opportunities for upselling and expanded scope.
  • Project Orchestration: Lead the transition from sales to delivery, ensuring the creative and technical teams have clear, written, and unambiguous briefs.
  • Quality & Delivery Oversight: Review all deliverables to ensure they meet agency standards before client presentation, and track project timelines through our internal management tools.
  • Strategic Contribution: Participate in monthly strategy reviews, contributing as a thinking partner to help clients achieve their business goals.
  • AI Integration: Utilize and maintain the agency's AI-powered systems for reporting, task planning, and communication to maximize efficiency.
  • Administrative Diligence: Document all verbal agreements in writing, share detailed meeting notes, and maintain accurate internal timesheets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles within an agency environment.
  • Technical Savvy: Strong proficiency in using AI tools and project management software to automate repetitive tasks and improve output quality.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and provide clear, proactive updates.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand a client's business pressures and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Detail-Oriented: A commitment to quality control and process-driven workflows.
