  • Deliver strong value propositions, optimize configurations & BOM, and create cost-effective solutions.
  • Champion Digitalization, develop strategies for retention & conversion accounts, and explore new markets.
  • Build strong relationships with Channel Partners, mid-market customers, EPCs & OEMs.Ensure systematic sales approach, CRM data quality, and market transparency.

What You Bring:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics with 612 years in technical sales.
  • Proven success in automation, drives, and digitalization.
  • Growth mindset, customer-first approach, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to plan execute, and achieve ambitious targetsindependently.
