Role Summary
As an Account Manager / TSM, you will manage existing architect, designer, and
client accounts, ensuring smooth follow-ups, repeat business, and execution support.
This role focuses on relationship continuity, coordination, and account stability, not
cold sales or aggressive hunting.
You will work closely with Vertical Leads and Vertical Heads on active projects.
Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management
Manage assigned architect, designer, and client accounts
Ensure consistent follow-up on ongoing and repeat projects
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Project Support & Coordination
Support Vertical Leads on large and complex projects
Coordinate site visits, drawings, samples, and approvals
Track documentation, timelines, and execution handovers
Revenue Support & Retention
Drive repeat orders and extensions from existing clients
Assist in converting smaller add-on or follow-up requirements
Ensure no leakage in active opportunities
Internal Coordination
Work closely with design, production, and operations teams
Track payments, delivery schedules, and service issues
Maintain basic CRM and reporting hygiene
Who Should Apply
36 years of experience in B2B account management or project sales
Exposure to interiors, lighting, building materials, or similar industries
Comfortable coordinating across multiple internal teams
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
Relevant Background (any one acceptable)
Decorative or architectural lighting
Furniture or interior products
Building materials (tiles, paints, facades, bath fittings)
Interior project coordination or site-facing roles
