Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts professional to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate financial records. The role involves handling billing, payments, taxation, and supporting overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain accurate books of accounts in accounting software (Tally )

• Record all financial transactions (sales, purchase, expenses, receipts)

• Perform bank reconciliations regularly

2. Billing & Invoicing

• Generate and manage customer invoices

• Track receivables and ensure timely collections

• Coordinate with sales team for billing accuracy

3. Payables Management

• Manage vendor payments and maintain payable records

• Verify bills, purchase orders, and approvals

• Ensure timely payments to avoid penalties

4. Taxation & Compliance

• Handle GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)

• Manage TDS calculation and returns

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements

5. Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting

• Provide MIS reports to management

6. Payroll & Expenses

• Process employee salaries and reimbursements

• Maintain payroll records and statutory deductions (PF, ESI)

7. Audit & Documentation

• Support internal and external audits

• Maintain proper documentation for all transactions

• Ensure compliance with company policies

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles

• Experience in GST, TDS, and compliance

• Proficiency in Tally, Excel and office 365

*.Handling tender-related financial documentation

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred

Experience

• 3+ years (Accounts Executive)
