Urban Harvest is expanding its Finance team and looking for dynamic Team Leaders to drive process excellence, controls, and performance across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Tax & Compliance functions.

Open Roles & Key Responsibilities

Team Leader Accounts Receivable (AR)

Lead collections & ageing control strategy

Monitor DSO and overdue reduction

Handle key customer reconciliations

Manage AR team performance & reporting

Coordinate with Sales for credit control

Team Leader Accounts Payable (AP)

Oversee vendor invoice processing & payments

Ensure GST/TDS compliance in payables

Manage vendor reconciliations

Drive process efficiency & payment controls

Lead AP team & month-end support

Team Leader General Ledger (GL)

Manage journal entries & ledger scrutiny

Drive month-end & year-end closures

Ensure accurate financial reporting

Prepare balance sheet schedules

Coordinate with auditors

Team Leader Tax & Compliance

Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

Handle tax filings & reconciliations

Manage audits & documentation

Track regulatory changes

Strengthen internal financial controls

Ideal Candidate

6-10 years of core accounting experience

Prior team handling experience

Strong ERP & advanced Excel knowledge

Detail-oriented with leadership mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
