About the Role

We're looking for a Lead Account Manager who can own client relationships end-to-end while building performance strategies that actually move the needle. You'll be the bridge between client ambitions and agency execution — equal parts strategist, advisor, and problem-solver.

This is a role for someone who's as comfortable in a strategy deck as they are in a client call. Someone who understands performance media deeply, communicates with confidence, and knows how to keep both clients and internal teams aligned and motivated.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of key client accounts — serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor
  • Develop and present full-funnel performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual planning discussions with clients
  • Work closely with media buyers, creative teams, and analysts to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and proactively recommend optimisations
  • Handle escalations, manage expectations, and build long-term client trust
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Mentor junior account managers and contribute to building strong servicing processes
  • Represent the agency in client meetings, reviews, and pitches

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience in account management or client servicing, with at least 1–2 years in a lead role
  • Agency background strongly preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of performance marketing — Meta Ads, Google Ads, programmatic, and digital media planning
  • Proven ability to build and present data-backed strategies to senior client stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts and internal teams without dropping the ball
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable with campaign data, dashboards, and performance reporting
  • Proactive, ownership-driven attitude
