About the Role
eTeam is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager – Talent Acquisition to manage key client relationships, drive recruitment delivery, and support business growth across global hiring projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment account management, stakeholder engagement, team coordination, and end-to-end talent acquisition processes within fast-paced environments.
This role requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to collaborate with recruiters, clients, and internal leadership teams to ensure hiring success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Understand client hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruitment priorities.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review hiring progress, challenges, and pipeline updates.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through quality delivery and proactive communication.
Talent Acquisition & Delivery
- Partner with recruitment teams to ensure timely sourcing and hiring for open requirements.
- Monitor recruitment metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
- Support hiring for IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Shared Services, BPO, and other functional roles.
- Ensure recruitment activities align with client SLAs and compliance standards.
Team Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with recruiters, sourcing specialists, and delivery leads across multiple geographies.
- Track hiring pipelines, aging requirements, and delivery performance.
- Prepare hiring reports, dashboards, and client presentations.
- Identify process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and delivery quality.
Business Development & Growth
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and additional hiring support.
- Build long-term partnerships with clients through consultative engagement.
- Support contract renewals, workforce planning discussions, and recruitment strategy initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, account management, or talent acquisition.
- Experience managing direct clients or MSP/VMS recruitment environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and hiring operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote working environment.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Experience in global hiring or APAC recruitment is an advantage.
