Role Description
This is a full-time Account Manager role located in Tiruppur. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely delivery and quality service.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and analyze market trends
- Experience in sales or account management
- Knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous metals recycling industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
