Account Manager

So Pastel is a social-first growth agency in Bangalore. We build brands for D2C and consumer companies, and we're hiring an Account Manager to be the main person our clients deal with.

What you'll do

• Own a set of client retainers day to day: social, design and Meta ads

• Turn client asks (calls, WhatsApps, voice notes) into clear briefs for our designers, editors and social team

• Keep every deliverable on schedule and get approvals on time

• Run monthly reviews: explain the numbers in plain words and agree on next month's plan

• Handle scope and extras honestly: what's in the retainer, what's a paid add-on

• Spot where an account can grow, and pitch it

• Own it when something goes wrong, and fix the process so it doesn't happen again

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in account management or client servicing at a digital, social media or creative agency (agency experience is a must)

• Experience handling several clients at the same time

• Clear, short writing on email and WhatsApp

• Comfortable reading ad and social numbers and explaining them to founders

• Organised and calm under deadlines

Nice to have

• Basics of Meta Ads Manager, influencer campaigns and content production

How we hire
