Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our hospital in Belagavi, Karnataka. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling billing and invoicing, ensuring patient satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless services. This role also involves maintaining financial and administrative records, solving patient queries, and supporting the hospital's overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management, customer service, and conflict resolution
• Strong financial and administrative skills, including proficiency in billing, invoicing, and record-keeping
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with patients and internal teams
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities seamlessly
• Knowledge of healthcare industry operations is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in using management software/tools is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
