Job Description

Job Description is as below:

  • Responsible for the overseeing of customer service activities relating to the supply of SGS services to our blue-chip client. To uphold and develop the client relationship and ensure consistent quality of work produced and delivered as per contractual agreement.
  • To liaise with the client on existing, and forthcoming projects, including the planning and development of plans to complete those projects within the client time scales and to the quality levels expected.
  • Proactively seeks to identify opportunities for organic growth, new service scopes and revenue streams
  • Builds effective relationship with client and key stakeholders with a partner perspective.
  • Day-to-day client and account operational management with a solution-oriented approach to every challenge and work streams.
  • Ensures client's expectations are effectively managed so that they are achieved
  • Monitor scope of work to ensure all commercial elements (time and cost) are correctly captured as billable items on projects completed
  • Acquires a clear understanding of customer business cycle and facilitate accurate sales and project volume forecasting
  • Participates in meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure operational excellence
  • Participates in cross functional teams to develop better processes, policies and effective workflows to improve cost efficiency, quality and KPI are achieved
  • Submission of monthly KPIs and financial reporting, sales forecasts and holds quarterly business reviews and reporting.
  • Review and present business review and proposal with client at all levels of management
  • Lead, motivate and guide team building between departments to drive operational excellence and achieving goals
  • Performs other duties as required in meeting the needs of business and as directed by reporting manager.
  • Occasional business travels when required for meetings with client's key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years proven work experience as an Account Manager in an agency role
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Brand Packaging and/or Marketing POSM - creative design, artwork production, prepress, printing or graphics solution.
  • Broad technical knowledge of various printing processes, including flexographic Gravure, Litho.
  • Ability to build new relationships and nurture relationships with external & internal clients
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and operational KPIs
  • Great problem-solving skills, proactive and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Team player with high level of dedication and ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Good presentation and effective negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Mature, independent with leadership quality
  • Positive and result driven mind-set
  • Hands on experience with CRM software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook,)

Internal Systems

  • To use SAP in accordance with standardised work procedures to ensure work schedules are adhered to and an accurate permanent record is maintained.
  • To understand the importance of using systems and to monitor and record progress on all jobs
  • To continually maintain system so all information is correct for client and partners.
  • To adhere to all internal processes in place.
  • To adhere to all reporting processes set up within the department

Commercial and Strategic

  • Support the financial process, ensuring that jobs are closed down immediately on completion so that invoices are timely and accurate.

Quality Control

  • To oversee that all jobs are proofed and signed off through relevant departments within the client.
  • To communicate priorities to all relevant parties to ensure timelines are respected.
