ODN Digital Services is an e-commerce content solutions company that helps brands create high-quality digital content for marketplaces and online platforms. We work across catalog shoots, creative shoots, A+ content, videos, AI-led content, and other digital solutions, helping brands improve their online presence and customer experience.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Account Manager to manage client relationships and project execution for the Scalable Business vertical. The ideal candidate should have a background in cataloging, fashion shoots, studio operations, or content production, with an understanding of ecommerce content workflows.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage client relationships and day-to-day communication.

· Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Creative, AI, and Production.

· Understand project requirements and ensure timely execution and delivery.

· Coordinate project handovers, briefs, timelines, and approvals.

· Track project progress and proactively manage escalations.

· Ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

· Maintain project trackers and regular MIS/reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or Project Management.

· Experience in cataloging, ecommerce content, fashion shoots, studio production, or similar environments preferred.

· Basic understanding of fashion, apparel, styling, and product content would be an advantage.

· Candidates with education or exposure from fashion institutes are preferred but not mandatory.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

· Immediate joiners will be given preference.
