JOB ROLE: The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, cost control, compliance and reporting to support business decisions and ensure statutory adherence.
QUALIFICATION: B.COM/M.COM/INTER-CA/CMA
EXPERIENCE: 10-15 years in Manufacturing Accounting & Finance with proven experience in Costing, MIS reporting, Financial Accounting
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Financial Reporting, Data Analysis, Cash Flow Analysis
- Budgeting, Forecasting and Cost Control
- Compliances, Taxation and Financial Strategy
- Team Management
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Manage product costing, BOM analysis to monitor and improve profitability
- Oversee inventory controls, stock valuation, and physical inventory processes
- Ensure timely closure of production orders, projects (WBS), and system-based cost settlements
- Perform month-end closing, ensuring accuracy in revenue, costing, and financial reporting
- Preparation of Annual Report and Liasioning with statutory auditor for Finalizing of tax audit, transfer pricing and assessments Indian localization.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, actual cost reports, machine margin, and Group Company reporting data (budget, forecast, actuals)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify cost variances and drive cost optimization
- Handle banking activities, including inward/outward payments, LC documentation, and coordination
- Liaise with CHA for import/export matters and ensure proper documentation
- Ensure timely payment and compliance of statutory dues (GST, TDS, Income Tax, Customs, etc.) and Liaise with government authorities as and when required.
- Monitor and analyze cash flow and financial health of the organization
- Develop and streamline SOPs for improved processes and interdepartmental coordination
