As an Account Manager you will harmonize, coordinate and target the different commercial efforts across the targeted countries to maximize the market opportunities. Your primary management responsibility will be managing business operations, including maximizing sales and market share gain for products and/or services throughout assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management Sales & BD
- Assisting country head/region head with existing accounts in the Russia-CIS market.
- Help achieve sales targets and contribute to health of the business by helping in seeding and Lock-ins of new products.
- To help conclude business transactions in CIS.
- Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Help the team pursue new business opportunities in Russia CIS market
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, DRC and pricing strategies tailored to client needs for both API and FDF.
Coordination with Internal CFTs
- Work closely with CX, production, quality assurance, regulatory and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Liaise with regulatory affairs teams to ensure product compliance and registration of products in Russia/CIS.
Market Analysis
- Analyse market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. (Export data, IMS data)
- Monitor and report on market updates in CIS region.
Contract Management - FDF
- Support with contracts closure with clients.
- Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure timely signing of the contracts and agreements.
Reporting and Documentation
- Maintaining MIS for the region including customer database, RFC, Quarterly and Annual forecast/Budgeting.
- Complete MBR, QBR and requested ppts for the region
- Provide regular updates and reports to regional head.
Experience
The ideal candidate should have:
- between 5-10 years experience handling Sales and/or BD - operations for Europe region in the pharmaceutical sector
- strong interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills
- the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and demonstrable teamworking
- proficient skills over MS Office, salesforce, SAP etc.
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- B. Pharma/ B. Tech +MBA / PGDM from a leading business school.
