About the Role: We are seeking a high-energy Account or Project Manager having 5 years of hand on experiences, who is obsessed with quality and client satisfaction. This is a pivotal role within our digital marketing team. You will be the primary advocate for our clients and the operational heartbeat of our internal team. Your mission is two-fold: to provide world-class service to our existing digital partners and to ensure our internal execution—spanning SEO, performance
marketing, and high-end design—is seamless, timely, and world-class. If you are a diplomat

Key Responsibilities:
Client Success & Retention: Act as the lead point of contact for digital accounts, conducting regular health checks and proactive strategy sessions to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Project Orchestration: Manage the daily workflow of our SEO specialists, digital marketers, and dedicated designers, ensuring all resources are optimized and milestones are met.
• Quality Guardianship: Review all deliverables—from technical SEO audits to creative Reels—against client briefs and RBC brand standards to ensure a zerodefect output.
• Process Engineering: Develop and refine internal briefing templates and communication protocols to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce project turnaround times.
• Content Strategy Oversight: Lead the execution of our 90-day social media roadmap, ensuring our brand story, portfolio, and Inside RBC culture are
consistently and beautifully showcased.
• Reporting & Insights: Translate complex digital metrics into clear, actionable value reports that demonstrate ROI and strategic progress to our clients.
