Job Purpose

As an Account Manager at Randstad Enterprise, you are the operational leader for a key client's recruitment solution. You are responsible for managing the onsite delivery team and ensuring the successful execution of the talent acquisition strategy. Your role is central to day-to-day operations, team performance, and maintaining a strong, positive relationship with the client.

You will manage the program in a matrix-based environment, monitoring team productivity to ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations are met or exceeded. Your primary focus is on operational excellence, seamless delivery, and acting as the main point of contact for the client and your delivery team.

1. Proven RPO Expertise & Background

  • Direct RPO Experience: Must possess extensive, hands-on experience running dedicated Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagements.
  • Extended TA Arm Model: Proven experience embedding within a single, dedicated client organization and acting entirely as their extended talent acquisition team.

2. Strategic Leadership & Brand Positioning

  • Ability to shift from transactional recruiting to long-term talent strategy.
  • Capability to strategically consult with the client to ensure the correct market positioning for the employer brand.
  • Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and coaching high-performing teams of recruiters and sourcers to achieve peak productivity.

3. Data-Driven Decision Making & Metric Governance

  • Absolute comfort working within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Expert understanding of funnel metrics, including fill ratios, submit ratios, and offer-to-joining ratios.
  • Ability to look beyond raw numbers to provide deep market intelligence, predictive insights, and consultative solutions to the client.

4. Operational Maturity & P&L Ownership

  • Direct accountability for managing P&L, resource forecasting, and budget optimization for the account.
  • Exceptional organizational agility with a proven ability to manage stakeholders in highly complex corporate ecosystems.
  • Resilience and capability to maintain performance and composure during intense, top-tier external evaluations
