Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Bhagalpur. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts and relationships, coordinating with teams to ensure client projects are delivered successfully, and developing effective strategies to meet client needs. Additional responsibilities include monitoring account performance, identifying growth opportunities, preparing status reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular communication and problem resolution.

- Strong client management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop and implement account strategies and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and other project management tools
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in event management or a services-based industry is a plus
