Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Bhagalpur. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts and relationships, coordinating with teams to ensure client projects are delivered successfully, and developing effective strategies to meet client needs. Additional responsibilities include monitoring account performance, identifying growth opportunities, preparing status reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular communication and problem resolution.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other project management tools

  • Experience in event management or a services-based industry is a plus
