Thick&Thin Media is a full-suite event marketing agency that lives and breathes events, experiences, and culture. We specialize in building immersive festivals, exhibitions, and live properties that people remember. Our work includes large-scale experiential IPs such as Van Gogh: An Immersive Story, Indian Sneaker Festival, and several major cultural and lifestyle events across India.

About The Role

We are looking for an Account Manager (Performance Marketing) who can lead client relationships while driving measurable marketing outcomes. This is a high-ownership role combining performance marketing, client communication, and execution management.

You will be responsible for onboarding clients, running and optimizing ad campaigns, managing internal teams, and ensuring consistent delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Lead onboarding and expectation setting.
  • Conduct review calls and performance presentations.
  • Manage communication cadence and reporting.

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta and other platforms).
  • Track metrics including CPC, CPP, CAC, ROAS.
  • Implement Meta Pixel, UTMs, and CAPI tracking.
  • Analyze performance and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Prepare structured performance reports.

Execution & Team Coordination

  • Manage timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams.
  • Ensure deliverables meet client objectives and internal standards.
  • Take ownership of campaign accountability.

Social & Strategic Oversight

  • Oversee social media strategies.
  • Review and QC content calendars.
  • Align creatives and messaging with performance goals.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital account management.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing related keywords: CPC, CAC, ROAS, Pixel, UTMs, CAPI.
  • Experience managing clients directly.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Working understanding of social media strategy.

Compensation: ₹50,000/month
