About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Paid Media Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of performance marketing and a keen interest in digital media trends and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing paid campaigns across platforms such as:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Support in campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, and A/B testing.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Coordinate with creative/content teams for ad copies and creatives.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Track campaign budgets and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and paid media.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and paid advertising.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency/client environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a plus.
- Internship or prior exposure to digital marketing campaigns is preferred.
