Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Rajkot. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, managing and overseeing the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products. The Account Manager will maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide regular updates on sales forecasts and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management and sales processes.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Experience in coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate sales records and providing regular updates on sales performance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
